Homewoods operates as one private, exclusive-use seaside retreat. The property is booked in its entirety and includes six suites on the top floor and the floor below, which is a private living level.
This floor includes a lounge with a fireplace, a dining room, a full self-catering kitchen, a bar area, and an outdoor patio with a braai. The living level can be booked for weddings and functions provided the six suites are also booked for at least two nights. Homewoods is booked as one stay only. A minimum stay of four nights applies. The first bookings will open from March 2026.

The suites are individually designed and named after the elements of our coastal environment. Driftwood, Euphorbia, Forest, Fynbos, Horison, and Sandstone. A nod to the land rather than a theme. Each room remains true to the Homewoods style, with natural textures, crafted details, and private balconies shaped for quiet moments by the sea.
